Mr Venkat Rao, is a leading Data Scientist, analyst and versatile professional with over 22 years of field experience. He gained a Master’s degree in Operations Research from the Indian Statistical Institution, Calcutta and an MBA from IIM (Calcutta). He had the expertise and rich practical experience in several software applications and programming languages, including R SAS, Python, Rattle, SPSS, and many tools and techniques of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
He has worked with several organisations across various industries and sectors, extending his technical support with thoughtfully crafted analytics and prediction to improve business performance and obviate existing barriers. His clients include SBI, Benz, Epsilon, IBM, Visa, AON, EY, Dr.Reddy’s, and Capgemini, among others.
He has been a sought-after corporate trainer and works with a range of audiences, from CEOs to entry-level professionals. He is a visiting faculty of CDAC and regularly trains students, professionals and executives of various national and international business organisations such as IBM, SBI, Benz, Deloitte, L&T, Dell, Cognizant, Mestek, MetLife, ANZ, Shriram, Capgemini, EY and many others.

He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt & an alumnus from Anna University with 25 Years of extensive experience in spearheading multiple fortune 100 organizations towards business transformation and excellence (including one of the biggest Hospital & Healthcare set up). Selvan has submitted 4 Patents and has set up and led the People Innovation Practice .
His experience includes defining & accelerating business excellence in Automotive , Manufacturing, Banking Hospital, Healthcare, Insurance , ITES,, Supply chain, Remote Infrastructure . Geographies of Deployment include Africa, Middle East , Europe, North America and India.
Prior to joining Duanamize consulting, as Managing Director , Selvan managed complex transformative changes in organizations like RNTBCI , IBM, Merri lynch, Bank of America, Mphasis , EDS , Cognizant Technology Solutions, HP . He also has set up and guided Strategy and program management office, multiple Centres of Excellence (COE) owards transformation, IT deployment, Automation , Payroll and HR .

Dr K V Satyanarayana is a former civil servant (Indian Administrative Service) and a highly accomplished cross-functional team leader with a combination of academic, business and technical acumen. He had over 30 years of field-level programming experience encompassing policy formulation and advocacy across the sectors of Education and Training, Industrial Promotion, Natural Resources Management, Sustainable Agriculture, Poverty Reduction programs and Health, Water, Sanitation & hygiene.
He is highly proficient in diverse management and analytical methods and tools such as Strategic Management, Critical Systems Thinking, SLA, Log Frame, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Dr Satyanarayana earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss Business School, Geneva. His research focused on understanding how various attributes, including human capital, productivity and supply chain factors influence small and medium enterprises. He deployed advanced management techniques wielding AI and ML tools.
He published many research and scholarly articles in reputed journals, newspapers and magazines.
